Osteoporosis is a condition that affects millions of people around the world, particularly older adults. Characterised by weakened bones and an increased risk of fractures, it can significantly impact quality of life. But there’s good news: osteoporosis is not an inevitable part of aging, and there are effective ways to combat it. One of the most powerful tools in the fight against osteoporosis is strength training – and that’s what we offer with our small group, coach-led, Legends sessions.

What to expect?

Our sessions are designed to improve strength and physical fitness which improves many signs of aging. The exercises can be adapted to suit each individual and your coach will guide you through the session from start to finish. Expect a fun and friendly session with many laughs, constant support and encouragement as well as expert coaching.

Who is it for?

Our Legends are aged 55 upwards and the classes are made for those who are currently less active. If you’re already pretty physically active our main gym membership may be more suitable? But if you’re inactive, not used to exercise or haven’t done any for a while, if you have stiff joints, aching muscles and you struggle with certain daily activities – this is for you! Join our community of like-minded people who want to keep their body strong, healthy and mobile for the many years ahead.
