Our training schedule is designed for flexibility and consistency. We offer small-group personal training sessions throughout the day, starting from 6:00 AM to accommodate busy schedules. Workouts are structured into a three-part programme running across the week, so members can attend at different times while staying on track. Additional specialty classes, including boxing, glute-focused training, and weekend sessions, provide extra variety and training options.

Small Group Training

Coach-led classes: keeping session numbers low to keep member attention high. All you need to do is walk through the door and your coach will guide you the rest of the way. Every session is fully explained, all exercises are demo’d and you’re coached through the class to ensure a safe, progressive and effective workout.
