Unlike big gyms, we don’t offer open gym access—every session is guided by an expert coach, so you always train with proper form, purpose, and motivation.
Our Small-Group Personal Training combines the personal attention of one-on-one coaching with the motivation of training in a group. Sessions are capped at six to eight people, ensuring you get individualised guidance while training alongside like-minded members.
Our Small-Group Personal Training follows a three-part weekly structure to give you a well-rounded fitness experience:
– Workout 1 – A mix of cardio, strength, and conditioning
– Workout 2 – A strength-focused session
– Workout 3 – A high-energy, team-based workout
This structured approach ensures you train effectively while keeping things varied and engaging.
We keep things flexible with a 4-week block system. This applies to gym memberships, personal training, and nutrition coaching, so you’re never locked into long-term contracts but still get the benefit of structured training cycles.
The Academy is our 12-week transformation programme designed for people looking to build strength, improve fitness, and develop sustainable healthy habits. It includes:
